Considered part of the Riviera Maya, Isla Mujeres is a restful alternative to life in a huge resort. And
outside its tourist zone, life is serene. But all that Isla has to offer - from fine dining to great scuba - can be
had here.

Staying at Zina's Guest House, with the local tiendas, eateries and your fridge,  microwave, hotplate,
toaster, blender, coffee maker and other kitchen appliances, you will have a luxurious and economic
vacation rental!

This year, in addition to free WiFi, I am providing each apartment with a Skype phone. If you have an
account and calls friends with accounts, it’s free! And if you use  my account, I’ll take the hit on  a few 2
cents a minute calls! And a local-only cell phone is available for rent.

San Francisco’s SuperXpress is a block away from the house, but I encourage my guests to explore. So
much is offered in the La Gloria neighborhood of Isla Mujeres. There are some small groceries that rival
the Super for variet
y, an open air market and door to door sales by Mayas and a fruit truck announcing it.

From the rooftop veranda, take in the sights of children playing or watch the comings and goings of the
beauty salon across the street. Consider getting a 40 peso haircut while here!

It is also the perfect environment to nurture the creative soul - the sights, sounds and rhythms of the
neighborhood -  conducive to writing, photography and water colors.

Both units have TV, cable, full kitchenettes and air conditioning. Sleep in the luxury of Egyptian cotton
sheets and hear the daily rythm as the street awakes, works, siestas, plays and again falls quietly to sleep.

We prefer Pay Pal. Mail deposit to Zina's US bank is also available.

Spa services - massage, facials and reflexology are also available by reserving through Zina. Reserve a cell
phone and share the number before you go!

Who We Are

Zina Vishnevsky, a retired
newspaper reporter from Ohio
 with MS, bought property on
Isla Mujeres 5 fives years ago
after 15 years as a regular
visitor. She has ridden all
including Hurricane Wilma in
2005, which had her
shoulder-to-shoulder with her
neighbors, who are now
lifetime friends.
Our Business is helping you!

We can arrange for you to rent a golf cart
while on the island. But how do I get there?

The routes to the Ultramar ferry dock in
Puerto Juarez can be navigated by shared
vans – which can take a long time – or even
bus. But for the money, we suggest
USA
Transfers. At $65 from and to the airport,
an entire van  or large car is yours and can
accommodate you and up to  2 companions.
And check  out the
parent company for
mainland excursions and Cancun discounts!
