| Rates are $350 a week per suite with an additional $5 a day charge for air conditioning (10% discount for not using the conditioner). Thank you for your understanding. We have had drastic rate hikes and Mexico has a progressive rate system: the more kilowatt hours the higher the per kilowatt rate is! Long term and air returning guest discounts available. Massage and spa service can be arranged by contacting Zina. If a reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less PayPal service fees. If canceled less then 60 but at least 30 days prior to arrival, one half of the deposit is refundable. No refund if canceled less then 30 days prior. A refundable deposit is required of those who decline the complimentary twice a week maid service. Maid service is good for you and assures Zina of no damage issues! No drugs on property! |
